Abstract: Essa sessão mostrará o DQS - Data Quality Services em ação. Essa ferramenta permite que sejam efetuadas validações nas cargas de dados que venham a ser utilizadas pelo SSIS - Integration Services e que garante confiabilidade nos dados a serem utilizados dentro dos sistemas transacionais ou de BI . Com o uso do DQS as empresas podem eliminar “sujeiras” tradicionais dos bancos de dados, formatar e padronizar entradas de dados , corrigir e inferir potenciais discrepâncias que muitas vezes só são refletidos nos relatórios finais. Resolva o problema de qualidade dos dados, antes mesmo do input. Para os usuários de BI, é a melhor maneira de garantir a consistência dos dados.

Title: Where should I be encrypting my data
Abstract: In this session we’ll be looking at all the various places within the application stack that data can be encrypted or hashed, so that as an application/database administrator/developer/architect you can make the best decision as to where in the application stack to do this work. These layers include the application layer, the middle tier, the database layer, encrypting over the wire, transparent data encryption, encrypting using your MPIO driver and offloading encryption to your HBAs.
