SQLSaturday is a training event for SQL Server professionals and those wanting to learn about SQL Server. This event will be held Mar 29 2014 at Microsoft Conference Center, Kendall Square, 1 Cambridge Center, Cambridge, MA 02142. Admittance to this event is free, but we do charge a nonrefundable lunch fee of 10.00 so that we can provide a lunch - not pizza! Please register soon as seating is limited, and let friends and colleagues know about the event.

 Meet our Keynote Speaker

Electra Govoni is a VP of Strategic Program Management forEagle Investment Systems, LLC.  In thisrole, she focuses on the management of critical programs that develop Eagle’score capabilities and infrastructure to support Eagle’s global growth.  In Electra’s nine years at Eagle, she’s held anumber of positions as a Product Manager, Development Manager and Head of theR&D Operations teams.  She alsochairs Eagle’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Women’s InitiativeNetwork (WIN) and was honored with the 2013 Diversity & Inclusion Championaward.

 

Prior to joining Eagle, Electra has held leadershippositions in the technology teams of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) andState Street Research & Management (SSRM).  Starting as a software developer, Electra has held various technical,analytical and project management roles on the technology side of the FinancialServices business.   Electra’s a graduateof the Boston College Carroll School of Management Leadership for ChangeMaster’s program and holds a BS in Computer Science from Merrimack College.

 Today, January 14, SQL Saturday #262 Boston has completed speaker selection. Speakers have been notified and we anticipate publishing the schedule to our user community on March, January 20. 

Our cast of speakers includes Adam Machanic, Andy Leonard, Kevin Kline, Tim Radney, Aaron Bertrand, Grant Fritchey, Allan Hirt, and Bob Pusateri. This promises to be an incredible day of learning, and we look forward to seeing you on March 29.
