Welcome!

We appreciate you taking time to consider sponsoring SQL Saturday Baton Rouge 2013 and we’ve put together some information that will tell our about plans for the event and show you how your company will benefit from sponsoring our event.

Event Overview

Think of a SQLSaturday as a one day conference. We bring in a lot of volunteer speakers, we have lunch on site, and we have a dedicated area set up for our attendees meet with our sponsors. We work hard to make our event a great experience for everyone, especially our sponsors that enable us to cover the working costs of this event.

This is our fifth year running a SQL Saturday conference in Baton Rouge, and last year’s conference drew more than 500 IT Professionals to the brand new LSU Business Education Complex on Nicholson Ext. It’s a fantastic event for recruiting, networking, brand awareness and sales, attracting programmers, IT Managers, CIO’s, project managers, students and more.

How Much Does It Cost To Be a Sponsor?

This year we have lowered the Bronze sponsorship to just $100.

LSU is charging us for the event facility this year as well, increasing our annual costs and fundraising requirement by 25%.

Please contact us if you have any questions about sponsorship.  Sign up to sponsor here: http://www.sqlsaturday.com/234/sponsorsignup.aspx

Tables will be located in the same area as registration and breakfast to make it easy for attendees to stop by your table.

Please emphasize to your corporate representatives on site at the event that they should remain on site through the end of the day, so they can personally greet the entire conference attendance in the Auditorium, be photographed and present any prize(s) to raffle winners.

Lunch will be provided. Please have everyone from your team that will be attending individually register at www.sqlsaturday.com so that we can have enough food available.
