Choice of table selection in exhibitor area. A map of the exhibit area will be provided for selection ahead of time. Sponsors will be asked to make their selection based on the order in which they sign up.
All items to be placed in event bags must arrive no later than Feb 17, 2012. Contact Mark Ginnebaugh (firstname.lastname@example.org) for shipping location. Items received after that will not be added to event bags but will be made available to attendees on a table near registration.
Don’t see a sponsorship plan that quite meets your needs? Contact us and we’ll see what we can work out. Payments will be accepted by “PASS” on behalf of the three local PASS Chapters, and all the money goes toward putting on this free not for profit event.
Because we want you to be successful, all of our sponsorship levels include the requirement that you provide at least one prize of at least $100 in value, and that you provide a full color 8-1/2 x 11 flyer that highlights the prize(s) you are providing for the raffle. Raffle prizes are optional for Bronze level sponsors, but are encouraged.
We provide the raffle box. We will have one table for all absentee vendors. Raffle ticket collection will proceed through the end of the day. If someone from your team is present, we will ask them to draw the winning ticket. Otherwise, we will draw the ticket on your behalf. Attendees must be present to win. If there is a physical prize, we'll give it to them. Otherwise, we will forward their contact information to you for follow-up (for license keys, etc.).
After the event we will mail you all the raffle tickets from your box. There may be duplicates. Depending on how exciting your prize is, attendees may contribute more than one ticket to your box.
Sponsors will be allowed into the event site 30 minutes before registration opens. Sponsor tables will be located in the same area as breakfast/lunch, to make it easy for attendees to stop by your table. We encourage sponsors to remain onsite through at least lunch, and if possible, to have a representative available to present your prize at the end of day raffle. Lunch will be provided to sponsors who have registered. Please have everyone from your team who will be attending register at www.sqlsaturday.com so we know how much food to make available.
